Am I still responsible for compliance?
Yes. Budfront gives you tools that make compliance easier online, but your license obligations stay with your business. We recommend reviewing your setup with your compliance lead or attorney.
What happens if my POS goes offline?
Your menu pauses ordering for any items we can’t confirm, so you never take an order you can’t fill. Ordering resumes automatically when the connection is back.
